Moving and Copying Data

To move data from one cell to another:

  1. Select the cell whose contents you want to move.
  2. Point to the edge of the cell.

3.      When the mouse pointer becomes an arrow, click and drag the cell to the new location.

4.      Release the mouse button.

You can drag and drop entire ranges of cells:
