Quick Access Toolbar

At the top of the Excel 2007 window is the Quick Access Toolbar.

The Quick Access Toolbar has frequently used tools which are available no matter which ribbon tab you are in.

Customizing the Quick Access Toolbar

1. Click the customize button on the right of the QAT.

2. Select options you would like to add to your QAT.

3. Once you select the command to add, it appears immediately.

4. In this example, we added the Quick Print button.
