1. Place dough in microwavable bowl.

2. Cover with plastic wrap.

3. Poke several holes in the plastic wrap.

4. Microwave on "defrost" for two minutes.

1. Place frozen dough in a bowl.

2. Cover with plastic wrap, poke several holes in it.

3. Microwave on "defrost" for two minutes.

4. Let rest for five minutes.

5. Microwave on "defrost" for one minute.

6. Rest five minutes.

7. Knead dough to soften lumps, let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
