The Insert Objects portion of the toolbar allows you to insert links, documents, or other objects into your document. From left to right, the icons are: Insert Hyperlink, Tables & Borders, Insert Table, Insert Excel Spreadsheet, Columns, Drawing. The Formatting Toolbar
The Formatting portion of the toolbar allows you to change the font and its characteristics. From left to right: Show formatting codes, Zoom view of window, Microsoft Word help, Font Style, Fonts, Point Size, Bold, Italics, Underline. The Paragraph Formatting Toolbar
The Paragraph formatting portion of the toolbar allows you to format sections of your document. From left to right: Left justification, center justification, right justification, numbered list, bullet point list, indent, border, font color. More Toolbar Icons
This toolbar icon allows you to access additional icons you can add to your toolbar that are "off the screen."
