Closing and Reopening Opportunities in ACT!
You close an opportunity when you make or lose the sale. Act! then generates a history item to record the outcome.
To close an opportunity:
- In the Opportunity List, double-click the opportunity.
The Opportunity dialog opens.
- Under Status, select Closed - Won or Closed - Lost.
The dialog displays the Opportunity Info tab:
- Select a reason for closing the opportunity.
- Click OK.
