Sending an E-mail from Outlook in ACT!
Once you've added an Act! address book to Outlook, your Act! contacts are available whenever you compose a new message. To send an e-mail from Outlook to Act! contacts:
- In Outlook, create a new message.
- In the new message window, click the To button.
The Select Names dialog opens.
- Under Show Names from the, make sure the Act! address book is selected.
- Select the recipients you want to include and click the To button. Clicking the Cc or Bcc button includes the recipients in Cc or Bcc fields of the message.
- Click OK.
- Compose your message.
- Click Send.
