Sending an E-mail from Outlook in ACT!

Once you've added an Act! address book to Outlook, your Act! contacts are available whenever you compose a new message. To send an e-mail from Outlook to Act! contacts:

  1. In Outlook, create a new message.
  2. In the new message window, click the To button.

The Select Names dialog opens.

  1. Under Show Names from the, make sure the Act! address book is selected.
  2. Select the recipients you want to include and click the To button. Clicking the Cc or Bcc button includes the recipients in Cc or Bcc fields of the message.
  3. Click OK.
  4. Compose your message.
  5. Click Send.

Rediculous
Its rediculous how you mislead your customers by bringing them to ads instead of really ofering real free tutoring. I couldnt even log on to any of the act. sites.

Word Macros
I have changed macros in Word and I still do not see wors as an option in the drop down menu...what now?
