Sending Email from a Contact

You can send e-mail to a contact directly from the Contact Detail window. This is faster than opening the Act! E-mail window and selecting a recipient:

1. In the Contact Detail window, click the contact's e-mail address.

A new message window opens with the contact's name in the To field.

2. Compose your message.

3. Select any options you want to use for the message priority and history.

4. Click the Send button.

Rediculous

Its rediculous how you mislead your customers by bringing them to ads instead of really ofering real free tutoring. I couldnt even log on to any of the act. sites.

Word Macros

I have changed macros in Word and I still do not see wors as an option in the drop down menu...what now?
