Task List in Act! 2005 Tutorial

Task List in ACT!

To open the Task List, select the Task List icon on the Act! navigation bar. The Task List displays your calls, meetings, and to-dos:

You can sort the entries by clicking the column headings, just as you would do in the Contact List. You can also filter the activities by date, type, and priority using the drop-down menus above the list:

To view another user's Task List, click the Select Users button. In the dialog that opens, select the user and click OK.

From the Task List, you can open and modify any activity by double-clicking it. You can also schedule a new activity using the buttons (Call, Meeting, and To-Do) on the Task List toolbar:

Rediculous
Its rediculous how you mislead your customers by bringing them to ads instead of really ofering real free tutoring. I couldnt even log on to any of the act. sites.

Word Macros
I have changed macros in Word and I still do not see wors as an option in the drop down menu...what now?
