Scheduling Activities from the Calendar in ACT!
From the calendar, you can quickly schedule activities using the Call, Meeting, and To-Do buttons on the toolbar. You can also use the shortcut menu to both schedule and clear activities:
- Right-click on the block of time for which you want to schedule an activity. If you're clearing an activity, right-click on it.
- From the shortcut menu, select Schedule to schedule a new activity, and then select the activity from the submenu. For example, select Schedule and then Call if you're scheduling a new phone call.
To clear a completed activity, select Clear Activity from the shortcut menu (or Erase Activity, if the activity was added in error).
