Section 1: Practice Exercises
Use these practice exercises to become familiar with Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004. If you do not yet have a copy of Dreamweaver, you can download a demo version from Adobe.com.
1. Open Macromedia Dreamweaver.
2. Create a new HTML web page.
3. Type in a welcome paragraph.
4. Change your view to see Code, Split, and Design. Click on Split as your view for the rest of this exercise.
5. Change the Title of your page in the Document toolbar.
6. Insert a Horizontal Rule found on the HTML tab on the Insert Bar. 
7. Select a paragraph of text and change the font using the Properties Inspector at the bottom.
8. Review the tabs on the right hand side of Dreamweaver.
