Salsa Tutorial

Salsa is a popular side dish for snacking, parties, and making meals with. Fresh salsa is far better than the store bought brands and making your own can be both rewarding and fun!

This tutorial teaches several different recipes for salsa.

Standard Salsa

Ingredients:

1 tomato
2 vine-ripened tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 Tablespoon garlic salt
2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 green bell pepper
1 onion
1 banana pepper (optional)
1 jalapeno pepper (optional)

Cut up all vegetables into small pieces. Mince banana peppers and/or jalapeno peppers. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Serve with tortilla chips.
