This free tutorial is for the A+ Essentials exam, a new exam in 2006 combining much of the old core hardware service technician exam with some Operating System fundamentals and new topics such as security and customer service.
The A+ Certification requires you take two exams and the Essential exam is a required exam. This tutorial goes through the entire outline as provided by CompTIA and teaches you the concepts you need to know to pass the exam. This tutorial combined with free practice questions should allow you to pass the exam successfully and achieve your A+ Certification.
